Spring/Summer 2011 Inspired Look

As a part of the makeup course that I am doing we had to research the Spring/Summer 2011 hair and makeup trends. I haven't been wearing much makeup lately but I was inspired by the colour blocking trend to do some colourful makeup.

Inglot Makeup Tutorial

I recorded this tutorial on the 29th of June and when I started it I had no idea of what I was going to do, I just knew that I wanted to use my Inglot eyeshadows. The background music isn't working because of a bug with AudioSwap but hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Yellow and Orange Glitter! - Lion Costume Look

I've been meaning to post this for a while but I've been so busy I completely forgot about it! This is from a costume party and I went dressed as a lion.

Sugarpill Guy Fawkes Look

This is the look I wore to go and see the fireworks display in the city. I wanted something really bright (not that anybody could see of course because it was dark) and I wanted to use the latest Sugarpill Palette I bought.

Late last month Sugarpill were offering Monster palettes as a Halloween special. They were factory second palettes that were 40% off and I was lucky enough to snag a Burning Heart palette. I actually only ended up using the orange (Flamepoint) and the yellow (Buttercupcake) from the palette in this look.

Green Eyes And Pink Lips!

Green eyes and pink lips is my absolute favourite look and I added a bit of yellow this time which I don't normally do just to mix it up a bit. I ran out of liquidlast liner yesterday and I'm not meant to be spending any money on make up until IMATS Sydney. Oh well at least its only next week!

Going Bananas and Love+!

I didn't have enough time to take pictures before work so I had to take them after a 10 hour shift and Love+ had transferred a bit down onto Going Bananas
